Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, conduct property visits, provide in-depth property information, and guide clients through the buying process to ensure a seamless experience.
• Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to customer.
• Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to effectively position our services.
• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to strategize and optimize customer funnels and outreach platforms, including social media, listing platforms, brokers, referrals, etc.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and provide feedback on customer needs and preferences.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, strategic partnerships, key account management, preferably in the tech space
• Strong understanding of the housing market and customer needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
