Role: Builder & Broker Relationship Manager
Location: Mulund, Mumbai

Role Overview: The Builder & Broker Relationship Manager will be the single point of contact (SPOC) for all Builder & Broker relationships. This role involves onboarding New Builder & Developer to work as their Channel Partner & to add new brokers, building long-term partnerships, The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills and be able to manage a high volume of on-field interactions.
Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding Reputed Builder & developer as well as New Brokers: Identify, engage, and onboard brokers into Vastu Design network to drive property buy & sell.

Builder & Broker Relationship Management: Act as the single point of contact (POC) for all Builder & Developer and Brokers, building strong, long-term partnerships.

Driving Buyer Traffic: Collaborate with builder & brokers to source qualified buyers for Vastu Design listed properties, maximizing sales opportunities.

Performance Monitoring: Track performance, ensuring they meet potential tip with Reputed Builder & developer and provide actionable feedback to improve outcomes.

Training & Support: Conduct regular training sessions for brokers to ensure alignment with Vastu Design processes, products, and systems.

Market Analysis: Stay updated with market trends and identify new opportunities for collaboration within the Reputed Builder /Developer and broker network.

Regular Meetings & Check-ins: Maintain frequent touchpoints with builder / brokers to ensure consistent engagement and performance optimization.
Education: Any Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
Skills:
- Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities
- Fluency in Hindi and other local languages
- Excellent convincing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and the ability to track the activities.
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel extensively within designated market & other parts of Mumbai.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
