  • Own the end-to-end pre-sales funnel — from first contact sales lead to sales handoff

  • Manage and train in-house + outsourced pre-sales team to drive.

  • Build and manage innovative touch-points, Tele- calling, email, SMS) and CRM systems for reliable source, action and conversion

  • Work closely with growth and sales to refine targets and outcomes

Requirements

  • Comfortable working with tech/product – to build, improve, and scale tools like CRM, AI calling, and chatbots.

  • Focus on – leads callers and ensures every customer gets quick, high-quality service.
